My Life with Famundo - Month 3

Month 3 has been bliss! I have now imported the names and addresses of my family, friends and other contacts into the address book. Then I tagged them.
What does this mean to me? It means I can tag someone as being in my daughter’s 6th grade class, on her softball team, in her Girl Scout troop, or all or the above. Now if I need to get an e-mail out to everyone in her 6th grade class, I can do it directly from Famundo.
The family vault is very cool also. Since it is encrypted, I feel that I can safely store sensitive information there, like bank account information and health insurance information, prescription numbers. I can’t tell you how many times I am asked for my son’s social security number and, since I haven’t committed it to memory yet; I have to dig through stacks of paper to find it. Now I can easily look it up in the family vault.
I hope to be able to scan other information like our passports and birth certificates into the vault very soon.
The calendar import is very nice also, although we still don’t sync with Outlook (this is a hint to our dev team) I am able to import my Outlook calendar into Famundo, which is a big relief.
Stay tuned, Famundo has much more to come.
