I’m not really sure what this means? Is this a sign of things to come?

The Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel has just purchased MilwaukeeMoms.com for an undisclosed sum.

MilwaukeeMoms.com was launched in 2002 as a resource and networking community for parents and caregivers raising kids ages 0-6 years.

This certainly seems to validate family/parenting blogs. Anyone have any thoughts on this event?
